Orders should be placed at least 5–7 days in advance of your desired delivery, pickup, or ship date.
Please note:
The 5–7 day advance notice requirement does not mean orders will be completed within 5–7 days of ordering. Fulfillment and delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and accepted into the production queue.
🚗 Local Delivery & Pickup: 3–5 business day turnaround after processing
📦 Shipped Orders: 5–7 business day turnaround after processing, plus carrier transit time
All Cartel Cravings orders are fulfilled in the order received. Larger/custom orders may require additional time. Rush availability is limited.

Because all items are custom and personalized:

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of packaging
If the error is on our end, we will:
• Replace the item OR
• Offer a partial/full refund at our discretion
We are not responsible for:
• Spelling errors submitted by the customer
• Incorrect event dates provided by customer
• Design approvals confirmed by customer
