• Standard production time: 5–10 business days
• Party Packs & Large Orders: 7–14 business days
• Apparel: 5–10 business days

Production time does NOT include shipping time.

During peak seasons (graduation, holidays, back-to-school), processing times may increase.

If you need items sooner, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom and personalized:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of packaging

If the error is on our end, we will:
• Replace the item OR
• Offer a partial/full refund at our discretion

We are not responsible for:
• Spelling errors submitted by the customer
• Incorrect event dates provided by customer
• Design approvals confirmed by customer

Estimated delivery after production:
• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
